How Vireon Uses AI

Where Vireon uses AI tools, where it does not, and how every factual claim is checked against a real source.

We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools in parts of our work. This page explains where, and where we do not.

Where AI helps

  • outlining an article and grouping reader questions;
  • suggesting a first draft of explanatory text and tables;
  • checking consistency of terms, structure and internal links;
  • language editing.

Where AI is not used

  • AI is never treated as a source. Every factual claim must be supported by a source that we have opened and checked.
  • AI is not used to diagnose readers, assess photographs or judge whether a treatment suits anyone.
  • AI is not used to create before-and-after images or images that pretend to show patients, doctors or clinics.

Human responsibility

Before publication, every citation is checked against the claim beside it, and numbers, dates, device names, risks and recovery advice are checked against their sources. Responsibility for what we publish rests with the Vireon Medical Editorial Team, not with any software.

Images

Some atmospheric images on this website, such as still-life photographs of books and objects, are AI-generated. They are decorative and do not depict real patients, clinicians, clinics or treatment results.
